Kokopelli Inn Sedona, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Great location with views of Sedona landmarks from our room, 219. Restaurants within walking distance. Safe and quiet location. Front desk staff very helpful with plan for seeing sites. We asked for room away from traffic and were accommodated. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk suitcase up one flight if you want a good view. Clean rooms.

We stayed here for the Sedona Half Marathon and sightseeing in the days before and after. Our room had a beautiful view. The room was clean and space was quiet. A modest breakfast was great before hiking for the day. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We liked being slightly away from the downtown hustle and bustle - great location and not a far drive to the trailheads. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable, pleasant stay!

This place offers a fantastic value-for-money level! The rooms were absolutely great! Nice wooden floor, nice furniture, really good bed and a great shower! It’s hard to find such a nice room for that amount of money. The staff were nice, efficient & friendly. The only thing you have to know is that the breakfast is rather small in variety, and there are only 2 tables to sit there. In this matter, there is room for improvement. But overall this place is really great!

I had a wonderful stay at Kokopelli Inn Sedona, Trademark Collection by Wyndham. Everything about this property was excellent—clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a very pleasant overall atmosphere. The location is convenient, and the hotel is well maintained, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was a little noisy, but it did not significantly affect my sleep. Overall, this was a nearly perfect stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The hosts st this hotel are the best I have ever dealt with! Both Val and Karen are so helpful and kind, I would stay again just because of them, however the rooms were top notch, clean, modern and very comfortable! We will stay here again next year when we return. Highly recommended by me!

Very happy with our overnight stay here. It’s a quick 10 min drive to downtown Sedona and only about 5 mins from Bell Rock and Chapel of the Holy Cross. Can’t beat the price. The room was clean, and came with a good size fridge, microwave and coffee. Free breakfast in the lobby was basic but appreciated— yogurt parfait bar and pastries. Can’t beat “complimentary”! Friendly guy at the front desk. I was texted a door code which was nice instead of keeping track a key card, and got a nice text with a link to activities nearby. They definitely prioritize great customer service here. Surprisingly nice view too! Beds were firm but decently comfortable. The only negative was the shower curtain blowing in and clinging to me when I showered.

Great little place close to some great restaurants and hiking trails. The view from the back facing rooms are pretty spectacular and Karen at the front desk was really nice and accommodating. The only thing is- this is definitely a converted motel, we could hear our next door neighbors quite clearly and they weren’t loud at all. Additionally, there’s no way to fully enjoy the views from our room because everyone can walk by your window so we had to keep our india closed. I would recommend that they make the windows one way windows where from inside- you can see out but no one can see in. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a beautiful little destination vacation hotel, part of the Wyndham family. I originally booked with a credit card but then I realized I had enough points to cover my stay. And they worked with me and got it fixed. The Manager Val, after finding out that this was our honeymoon gifted us with a nice bottle of wine in our room and a beautiful thank you note. It's in a beautiful location. At night I could hear coyotes outside. It's located in the middle of alot of great destinations. Grand Canyon isn't far away, loads of trails close by. Close to downtown Sedona. Not to mention, Sedona has a thing for roundabouts, just FYI. The front office closes at night, but I do believe that there is a emergency number on the door. Also there is a nice continental breakfast. I'd totally stay here again. There is so much to do in Sedona. Five stars for this little place. Thank you for treating us so nicely.
